Maintaining your privacy is really important to us. You entrust us with sensitive personal information, and we take that responsibility seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or subscribe at (the “Site”).

1. What type of information we have?

Agendaat holds basic personal information of subscribers including name, contact, images, address, customer financial information in order to facilitate services such as promotions, booking, blogs, marketing and other services this online platform aims to provide.

We currently collect and process the following information for creating profiles:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

2. How we get the information and why we do we have it?

Information is collected by signing up, subscribing or contacting manually any of our social media accounts or marketing personnel.

This may include having this done manually by filling forms or agreeing on sharing details.

Information is collected for promotional, operational and business development purposes.

3. What we do with the information?

We use the information that we have to promote services and enhance website operational services and promotions.

We may share this information with public governmental authorities when requested and required by law. Information might be shared with Agendaat affiliates.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). Your e-mail address may also be used through third party providers for marketing outreach but you will have the option to refuse this at check-out.

4. How we store your information?

Your information is securely stored in Agendaat server.

We keep personal information for 2 Years. We will then dispose your information following deleting your profile or contacting us.

6. Data Retention

When you create an account through the Site or /and in the app, we will maintain your Information for our records to Improve our services for you, unless you ask us to delete this information.

This policy version is in line with GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018 and was last updated in January 2022. While we will never deviate from our overall philosophy of maintaining your privacy, we may update this policy again in the future and will publish any subsequent versions of it here. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
